The Connections process is divided into several small processes. This allows each process to work in people's lives without overwhelming them.

7 minute experience - We believe the first seven minutes at Hope Community Church should help a person make a decision about whether or not this is the place for them. Our goal is that the first seven minutes at Hope should be filled with warmth, love, and a general feeling of belonging.
The Guest recognition process helps first and second time guests to feel welcomed and engaged. This process also helps regular attendees to find their place in the partnership process.
The Partnership process helps people find their place within the Hope Community family. This process works hand in hand with the Ministry process to help people find a place of service and healing.
The Baptism process helps those who are new to the faith find their place in Baptism. It allows them the space to grow but gently encourages obedience to Christ's commands. This process works hand in hand with the Spiritual Development process to help people grow.
