Our Systems
Hope Community Church has chosen to streamline its existence. We took some lean principles and began to apply them to create a clean and efficient system. We do not have ministries like you may be used to in church life. Community groups are divided by affinity group and that is the closest we have to ministries.
Worship Planning
The Worship Planning process helps us to present our best offering to God and to receive from Him in a way that is relevant to me personally so that it changes my life and in turn my family. This process is responsible for everything that happens inside the three sanctuaries on Sunday morning. Everything from sermon planning to singing on Sunday mornings runs through this process.
Evangelism
Evangelism conveys the good news that while everyone is broken (Genesis 3) and need Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection (John 20) to be fixed. When we share this good news, we bring Hope. Our good news shows us that we don’t have to be broken anymore. We encourage people to accept the challenge of bring this hope to other people.
Connections
Connections is the process by which people get connected to Hope Community Church. This process seeks to engage people at the point of entry and guide them through to the point of partnership. This could be a few weeks, a few months, or a few years. We want people to be comfortable but not so comfortable they stop growing.
Community Groups
Community groups are the basic building block of Hope Community Church. They provide a solid way to grow in friendship with other members of Hope Community while also having an opportunity to grow in a non-traditional setting. The smallest building block is our family community group.
HopeU
HopeU is the Spiritual/Leadership Development process of Hope Community Church. This process helps to grow new believers into mature believers and beyond.
Minstry
The Ministry Process prepares the individual believer for ministry in and around Hope Community. This process provides a conduit for partners to be prepared for specific types of ministry. We are all giving differing spiritual gifitngs. The Ministry process provides a way to identify and engage them at Hope Community Church.
Stewardship
Stewardship is the process of recognizing that all we have belongs to God. For Hope Community Church, the process of stewardship is much the same. We recognize that we as people are Hope Community and we all belong to God. Stewardship is the proces of administering this realization.
Strategy
The Strategy process helps us to plan for the future. The process helps us to grow and know the direction God is asking Hope Community to go. The decisions from this process ultimately affect all of the other processes.
